Gate valves made of ductile cast iron with spheroidal graphite are available as soft-seated variants for use with water, drinking water, and gases. The range includes models with flanged ends (GR 14/15), PE spigot ends, and sockets, each with a face-to-face dimension (ETE).

The Key Features of Soft-Seated Valves

Soft-seated gate valves are available with epoxy resin or enamel coating and can be operated manually or electrically. They are suitable for industrial use, drinking water, wastewater, and underground installation. Quality testing according to DIN EN 12266-1 and DIN EN 1074-1/2 is documented with an identification number and DVGW approval.

Versatile designs for different installation situations

Our range of soft-seated cast iron gate valves with ductile iron includes versions with flanged ends (GR 14/15), PE spigots, and sockets — ideal for flexible use in water, potable water, and gas applications.

Robust coating and flexible actuator options

Thanks to epoxy resin or enamel coating, our gate valves provide long-lasting corrosion protection. They can be operated manually or electrically – perfectly suited for industrial applications, drinking and wastewater systems, as well as underground installations.

Certified quality and high safety standards

Each gate valve undergoes production-accompanying testing according to DIN EN 12266-1 and DIN EN 1074-1/2, is assigned a unique identification number, and is DVGW-certified — ensuring maximum quality and reliability in operation.

Soft-Seated Shut-Off and Check Valves

Description of Our Valves:

In addition to an integral epoxy powder coating, the interior of the valve body and the disc are also enamel-coated. Based on many years of experience and extensive endurance testing, these valves offer excellent operating forces and flow characteristics while maintaining a long service life.

Combined with appropriate actuators and position indicators, the valves can be used in electronically monitored systems or as a safety device in the event of a power failure.

Special seals allow installation in shaft or underground applications. The existing DVGW approval for these industrial valves, along with manufacturing quality inspections according to DIN EN 12266-1 and DIN EN 1074-1/2, ensures a high standard of quality.
