The check valve operates almost autonomously within the pipeline. The spring-loaded check valves open due to the pressure in the pipeline acting against a spring. When the pressure in the line decreases, the valve closes.
Key Features of Check Valves
Spring-loaded check valves with a regulating cone also allow flow regulation, prevent backflow of media, and are available in nominal sizes DN 40 to DN 900 with flange or butt-weld ends for horizontal or vertical installation. For special requirements, versions with Inconel springs and optional heavy-duty hooks for larger nominal sizes are available.

Spring-loaded check valves offer the ability to regulate the medium by integrating a regulating cone. This allows precise control of the flow and ensures efficient operation.
Versatile installation positions and nominal sizes
Check valves can be installed both horizontally and vertically in pipelines. They are available in nominal sizes from DN 40 to DN 900, providing flexible adaptation to various system requirements.
Flexible materials and easy installation
In addition to standard materials, spring-loaded check valves can also be supplied with spring components made of Inconel for special applications. For larger nominal sizes, we offer the option to equip them with a heavy-duty lifting hook to facilitate installation.
