Inquiries (FAQ)
We would be happy to provide you with a customized quote for industrial valves.
Please send us your inquiry specifications.
Usually, an offer does not take longer than 1 – 3 working days
You will receive data sheets for the industrial valves you've requested. You can review these and have us supplement them if necessary. This way, you'll always receive the right product for you.
Order & Delivery (FAQ)
Both end customers and trading companies can buy from us.
Due to the custom manufacturing process, our fittings are delivered within 6–12 weeks.
We ship stock valves within 3 business days.
Yes, we deliver not only throughout Germany but also worldwide.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an inspection certificate according to EN 10204-3.1 + API 598 for every valve delivery.
This certificate lists the batches, as well as the results of the chemical analysis and pressure tests.
We accept email and fax orders. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with this process.
We generally ship goods throughout Germany via freight forwarding. For orders over EUR 2,500.00 net, shipping is free, or according to our quotation. We can also ship goods abroad, depending on your customer's wishes.
You can specify a desired delivery date.
Payment & Invoicing (FAQ)
You can pay us by bank transfer. This is called purchase on account.
For larger amounts, a deposit is required. This is due upon order confirmation.
You can pay within 7 days less 2% discount, or within 20 days net, or according to our payment terms, stated in the offer.
You are welcome to specify a different delivery address.
You will receive our invoice by email to the email address you provided when the order is ready for dispatch.
Products & Documentation (FAQ)
You can purchase a variety of industrial valves from us. These include
gate valves, globe valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, check valves, and strainers.
You can find suitable products in the respective product categories. Our customer service team will be happy to help you select the right faucet.
With every delivery, you will receive an operating and maintenance manual in digital form for the respective product via email.
Standard data sheets can be found on the product page and are available for download. For special industrial valves, you can receive customized drawings created by our draftsman.
Of course, we'll provide you with personalized advice. Individual requirements can only be addressed through personalized consultation. Therefore, our technical sales team is available at any time.
Returns, complaints (FAQ)
Since all fittings are made individually for you, exchanges or returns are not possible.
Please send us clear photos and a detailed description of the defect.
